Practice Management on Embodia - Part 3: Billing

The actions described in this lesson require a Manager permission on your clinic.

This lesson will go over how to set up your payment methods if you want to collect payments from your clients.

To manage your payment methods, click on Payment methods under My clinic > Billing settings in the top bar:

To add a payment method, click on Add payment method. Enter the name of the payment method (the name will be visible on the receipts that you generate for your patients) and, optionally:

1. Internal name: if provided, it will not be visible to your patients. 
2. Payment instructions: if provided, the instructions will be added to unpaid invoices to let patients know how to submit payment.

You can also:

• Set up your payment method to accept credit card payments
• Set up your payment method to accept in-person card payments
