This 2 day in-person course offers physical therapists with the opportunity to learn, explore and critically appraise digital health technology and artificial intelligence as it relates to physical therapy practice. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded physical therapists to innovate and bring your ideas to life. This course offers lecture style learning and group discussions along with collaborative small group learning to propose your own ideas to your peers and the course instructor and receive feedback and advice. Following the course, you will meet 1-on-1 with the course instructor to discuss the next steps in implementing innovation into your clinical practice.

This completely online and asynchronous course offers physical therapists with the opportunity to learn, explore and critically appraise digital health technology and artificial intelligence as it relates to physical therapy practice. You will have the opportunity to learn and think about your own innovative idea in this course, receive feedback on your idea and bring your ideas to life. This course offers 14 modules which will teach you about digital health, video physical therapy and the process of innovation in physical therapy. During this course you will create your own  innovation plan with course guidance, receiving feedback and meet 1-on-1 with the course instructor via Zoom to discuss your idea and receive actionable advice to make your idea a reality. Following the course, you will meet 1-on-1 with the course instructor via Zoom to discuss the next steps in implementing innovation into your clinical practice.

What does the course fee include?

The course fee includes 14 online video modules as well as two 1-on-1 Zoom meetings with the course instructor to help you implement your innovative idea in physical therapy.

How long will it take me to complete the course? 

The 14 modules of this course consist of 12 hours of video content. In addition you can meet with the course instructor 1-on-1 via Zoom for 45 minutes per meeting to help plan and implement your own innovation in physical therapy. The course can be completed at your own pace and schedule. 

What will I learn about digital health?

You will learn about digital health technology and rehabilitation apps. You will also learn how to evaluate and implement digital tools effectively in your physical therapy practice.

What will I learn about video physical therapy?
